Samsung has finally launched their 2014 flagship device the Galaxy S5 at MWC in Barcelona. The device didn’t quite meet the expectations of being a “Super Smartphone” as Samsung went with the basics for the, may be they are saving the big guns for their Premium version of the Galaxy S5 that is expected to launch later. The device has a 5.1Inch Full HD (1080p) Super Amoled display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Quad-core Processor and 2 Gigs of Ram. Samsung has also updated the camera to 16Mp, but it is still missing 4k Video capture that was rumored earlier, additionally the phone is IP67 certified so Water and Dust won’t be an issue any longer. Talking about the power source to all these components there is 2800 mAh battery unit, that is user replaceable. The new Touchwhiz cooked on Android 4.4.2 hasn’t been changed much and there aren’t any “Ground-Breaking” additions in the Smart features Zone, though a Heart Rate Monitor has been included and the Home key features an embedded finger print scanner.
