Verizon, Sprint & US Cellular have already started rolling out the Android 4.3 (Premium suite) update for their variants of the Galaxy S4 a while ago. With AT&T joining Verizon, Sprint & US Cellular now only T-Mobile that lags behind (Well its about time they do so). The update comes in OTA (Over the Air) with a 719MB size that is quite huge for an OTA. If you haven’t received a notification about this update yet then it might be a good time to check that “Software Update” section in your AT&T’s Galaxy S4 settings. To repeat the obvious drill you must go to Settings > More > About Device > Software update > Update.
Also if you have rooted your phone or you are using a custom ROM the you might want to wait for this update to be available in .ZIP format so that you can manually flash it. You can also go back to the previous Stock build by flashing it through ODIN (Find it in the Firmware section of Sammobile) and then check for an OTA in the Software Update section in your Galaxy S4’s Settings.
