After suspending the Android 4.3 update for the international variant of the Galaxy S III (I9300) Samsung has move forward with T-Mobile’s Galaxy S III. The update is live now and available through OTA (Over the Air) and also via Samsung Kies. The update is intended for a Non-LTE (SGH-T999) version for now and not the SGH-T999L which is the LTE varaint of T-Mobile’s Galaxy S III. The Update for the latter should make its way in the coming week according to T-Mobile as their is yet some testing to be done. The update through OTA is about 486MB so please make sure you connect to a Wi-Fi network or you may end up with huge mobile data charges on your bill.

To update your Galaxy S III to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, connect your device to your computer and use Samsung KIES or simply use Samsung’s OTA service. To download and install the firmware via OTA, go to Settings > More > About Device > Software update > Update.
