Bug : Samsung Galaxy devices have been surrounded with a lot of features but with those features there are also some Bugs showing up constantly. This time is i an auto rotation bug. If your galaxy device stops to auto rotate and wont do all those motion functions like Direct call for S III & Note 2 then you are a victim of this Bug I am talking about. Well don’t worry there is an easy solution to this so you might not be in a problem at all unless you dropped your device and caused the sensors some kind of damage.
Solution : Well the solution is quite easy and you don’t need to FACTORY RESET your phone for sure so don’t do it or you will not find anything simple. In order to restore the auto-rotation and other motion features you need to do just these three steps.
- Turn off the Auto-Rotation from settings in the Phone. (Settings>Display>Auto Rotation Un-check).
- Switch off your Galaxy Device and remove the SIM CARD from it. The remove THE BATTERY too and now Re-insert them both in their places.
- Switch on your device and the Auto-Rotation should work fine.
Note : We don’t know the cause for this yet but as I personally experienced this on my Device I could find the solution. Hope it helps you too.
