The Android 4.3 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note II seems to be spreading out at a slow yet steady speed. The international LTE & 3G variants have now been receiving this update for over a month, while the Note II for Sprint has also been on the same track and the next in line is the AT&T variant of the Galaxy Note II (i317). The update has been live since yesterday and is available both via OTA (Over The Air) and Samsung’s desktop assistance software Kies. Also make a note of the Build Number I317UCUBMK6 if you are looking to manually update your AT&T’s Galaxy Note II to Android 4.3 and you can check the link below in order to download the firmware once it is available.
The update brings many new features to the Galaxy Note II such as Galaxy Gear Support, Samsung KNOX, Samsung Wallet, New lock screen, New keyboard and Web Browser. To add to these their are other minor UI tweaks that are based on the Galaxy S4 & Note 3. The downside for the Update is that it does not include a new Touchwiz launcher or the Action Memo from the Note 3 that many were looking forward to.
