The Moto X was Motorola’s comeback in the Smartphone market after it was taken over by Google themselves. Undoubtedly it became a sensation in the States due it’s clean near stock UI and Customization options, but when Google announced the Android L Update preview the owners of the Moto X got a little tensed about being able to use the latest version of the Android OS on their device. Luckily we have a good news, the Motorola Moto X will be updated to Android L as Punit Soni, Motorola’s VP of Product Management, has confirmed over Google+. Also remember that Motorola has been very consistent in the Kitkat updates and hence it can be assumed that they will beat all but Nexus device’s in the Android L update once it is in the final stage.
Moto G & Moto E Android L Updates
The Moto G is one of the most successful Android mid ranger around the globe, it has more than decent specs for it’s price tag and has proved to be worthy all over. Though it was previously confirmed through a Support chat with Motorola that the Moto G will get Android L update, we all know that it isn’t the most solid proof. Talking about the Moto E, Motorola promised at the launch event that it will be updated to the Next Major Android Version and they have been delivering on their promises for a long time now, hence you may expect to see the update when it comes.
