Microsoft has always been very generous when its about the publicity of Windows Phone 8 and today there is yet another offer from them to show the same, though people living outside United States will not have a good time hearing this nor someone who doesn’t prefer AT&T for their network partner. The deal is Exclusive to AT&T, you need to trade in your old device and sign a fresh two year contract with AT&T to get the desired lumia device for free (Lumia 1020 or 1520) – do remember that only iPhone 4/4S and Galaxy S2 are eligible devices for this deal. Though there are many limitations to the deal from Microsoft but still it is worth free gold for someone who has and iPhone 4/4S or Samsung Galaxy S2, additionally considering that these devices are 2 years old themselves so their previous contract may also be ending. I know its too much to believe that there might be a huge number of people actually under those circumstances, but it will still help Microsoft with its “always on” Windows Phone publicity mantra.
