The Chinese manufacturer Lenovo, known for making most laptops seems to have really prepared itself for the Smartphone game in 2014. Lenovo’s 2013 flagship named K900 was a great device, with beautiful looks and high end specifications but it was powered by an Intel processor which didn’t really out perform the established mobile chips like the Snapdragon from Qualcomm and hence did not achieve a target sale or even a great branding for that matter. The K7T a.k.a Kingdom is believed to be the successor to the K900 and the leaks from an AnTuTu Benchmark seems to agree with that completely.
Major specifications of Lenovo K7T (Kingdom)
- Display : QHD (2560 x 1440) Display
- Processor : Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 @ 2.26Ghz
- GPU : Adreno 330
- Camera : 13MP Primary & 5MP Secondary
- Storage : 16GB In-Build – MicroSD expansion not confirmed yet
- RAM : 3GB RAM
- Software : Skinned Android 4.4.1 KitKat
The specs indicated by the screenshot are definitely on-par with the expected flagships for 2014 from manufacturers like HTC, Samsung and Sony, who currently take the major share of Android device sales globally. Looking at Lenovo K900 built quality we wont expect anything less from the K7T so the only thing we are left wondering is the 4G LTE support, the device is expected to go live at the MWC 2014, in Barcelona next month so stay tuned for more updates.
