When it comes to the Processor, Camera, Display, RAM & LTE connectivity it retains all of it from the iPhone 5.

Apple iPhone 5S
Apple managed to keep the hype not on the looks but under the hood with the iPhone 5S. The successor to the iPhone 5 remains identical to it but where it shows the difference is the new Golden color addition. Well as we said the changes takes place under the hood the iPhone 5S is powered by a new chip called the Apple A7 which as expected offers greater power than the A6. Apple claims it to be 42 times faster than the Original iPhone (Yes the very 1st not iPhone 5) and graphics 52 times faster, the new chip is also based on the 64 Bit architecture as we learned earlier in the iOS 7 section. The Open GL ES 3.0 is also supported and is accompanied by the M7, a motion co-processor, which measures motion data continuously from the sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, and compass). The new camera (Still 8MP) has a wider f/2.2 aperture (as opposed to f/2.4), 15% larger image sensor and a dual flash with “True Tone”. Last but not the least is a Touch sensor in the Home button (know as Touch ID) used for various operations from unlocking to in-operation authentication.
