HTC One has already been provided with the Android 4.4 KitKat update across the globe and its about time for its siblings to get a taste of KitKat too. HTC Malaysia has taken the lead this time and has announced that the update is now live for the HTC One Mini and One Max, additionally the Dual-Sim variant of the One is also listed. The update will make its way in phases so it just might not be available to you yet, but don’t worry it isn’t far behind, also you may check the changes and improvements the KitKat update brings.

Once the update is available for your device you will get the update notification, but you can also do a manual check by going into Settings > About > Software. Also ensure that the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network and has at least 60% battery before moving forward with the update.
