HTC broke the suspense today with the Unveiling of their very first Phablet The HTC One Max. The Device was with us for a long time since the rumors made their first fly and since then many leaks made “The Guess” too easy. Today it is finally official and I am myself not digging the name One Max at all seeing it does not have anything to maximum to the original HTC One leave the other phablets like Sony Xperia Z ultra and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 aside. Lets us have a better understanding of the device by taking a quick look on the major specification below.

HTC did manage to make a powerful phablet but keeping in mind the biggest rivals of the HTC One Max there is very less to offer and it loses in every aspect. All it manages is to make an effort with a Finger Print Sensor that is Exclusive to it not only in the phablet category bot among all android phones out there, this somehow does not cover for the Old Snapdragon 600 chipset and “Not so Ultra” UltraPixel camera from HTC. The HTC One Max does have a big display and a great built quality though which HTC seems to be a patent of since the One X mostly. The advantages also make their way to the BoomSound Speakers of the HTC One Max that are bigger and louder now compared to the HTC One.
With all this additions there are also some cut-offs that have been implemented by HTC in the Phablet. Firstly the Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for the UltraPixel Camera and Storage from 32GB to 16GB.
Fingerprint Sensor Specialties : The Fingerprint sensor also has a few tricks up its sleeves with the primary unlock function. You can set a specific application to a certain finger, this will give you and option to quickly access the desired application with a single swipe (Pretty Handy if you ask me).
