HTC was one of the most famous Windows Phone 7 maker back in 2009-2010 before it was all about the Lumia’s from Nokia. They had some real success in the western regions from devices like Titan, HD7 and Radar. While most people in the Asian countries haven’t used or even seen these devices, we assure you that they were built great and worked great. Today the Leakster king EVLeaks has shed some light on the Windows Phone powered variant to the HTC One M8 (W8), according to them it is heading to Verizon Wireless (US Mobile Carrier) and the specifications it will boast are identical to the original (Android) One M8. Another feature that is expected to be a part of the Windows Phone One M8 (or W8) is Voice over LTE, which we mentioned to be a part of GDR1 Update for Windows Phone 8.1.
At this moment there aren’t any confirmations about this device being actually in production but it’s not impossible since the Lumia 1520 and 930 support similar – Screen resolution, Ram Amount and Even Quad-core Qualcomm Processors. Now keep in mind that if this device does turn out to be the real deal then Verizon might keep it to itself, as it has done with many devices. So an International or GSM variant in the States might never turn out to be true.
