Not a long time ago we gathered some information on the Motorola Shamu that was hinted to be the next Nexus from Google. Here we are today with some solid evidence pointing towards the possibility of the Shamu being the Nexus 6 as AnTuTu Benchmark calls it Google Shamu.
As we know AnTuTu has been a source of leaked specs for numerous smartphones, but until now the Nexus 6 has been in the dark. According to the screenshot attached below the Google Shamu a.k.a Nexus 6 will be sporting a 5.2 Inch 1440p (1440X2560) Display with a PPI of 564, as you might remember the earlier leaks indicated Shamu to come with a 6 Inch Display that was not appreciated by a majority of Nexus enthusiasts. Now apart from the dynamic screen, the Nexus 6 will be powered by the top of line Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 Processor (Quad Core 2.65 Ghz) and a Adreno 420 Graphics Processor. The RAM amount is also bumped up to 3 Gigs, which is more than enough for device running Stock Android (Android L Final Build).
After repeatedly using an 8MP unit in the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 the camera has also been upgraded to 13MP, while the front of the Nexus 6 has to do with a 2.1MP unit, the OIS and 2k video recording capabilities are yet a mystery. The Battery, Storage amount’s and the previously rumored fingerprint scanner are yet to be discovered but judging from the above specifications a 3000mAh unit along with 32/64 GB In-Built Storage would be anybody’s guess.
